Lauren has over a decade of experience providing evidence-based therapies to adults adjusting to neurodegeneration, ageing, mental ill-health, and chronic illness. Lauren has a warm and professional approach and has personal knowledge of the unique pressures of medical professionals.

Lauren is accepting referrals for adults and older adults at Oxford Street Medical Centre, Bulimba. She offers cognitive-behavioural, acceptance and commitment, schema, mindfulness and DBT therapies for short & long-term engagement.

Clinical Psychologist - Kirsteen Bostock

Kirsteen is a registered Clinical Psychologist and Education & Developmental Psychologist with over 17 years’ experience working with adults, children, adolescents, and couples providing counselling and therapy in both private practice and across school settings.

Kirsteen uses a holistic strengths-based approach in supporting her clients by face-to-face or telehealth appointments. She draws on skills in evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Mindfulness practices.

She enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families addressing all mental health concerns with a goal to improve wellbeing and daily functioning.

Kirsteen has a special interest in anxiety, grief, bullying, trauma, & PTSD.

In addition to her clinical work, Kirsteen is passionate about mentoring and supervising early-career psychologists. As an AHPRA-approved STAP Supervisor, she supports provisional psychologists and registrars in achieving full registration and endorsement, fostering their professional growth and development.

In her spare time, she enjoys hosting networking and social gatherings, as she has a passion for bringing people together and building a sense of community and belonging.
